We understand life happens and you may need to cancel your order. If you have already paid but need to cancel you will be fully refunded through Venmo. **NO CASH REFUNDS**
Once your order is out of our hands, it’s your job to make sure that the baked goods arrives in tact.
If you miss your pickup, please contact us ASAP to reschedule.
note: **if you re-schedule for days in advance, you will need to repurchase the baked good since the product will no longer be fresh.**
We do not ship since we can’t ensure our product will be fresh and in tact during shipping.
